Basic Features
This includes all of the basic phone features that you are accustomed to, such as voice mail, call waiting, caller ID, call transfer and call hold. All basic features are pre-programmed on your VoIP accounts, so there is no costly setup.

Advanced Features
These include conference calling, auto attendant, custom announcements, music on hold, and find me/follow me. SIP West can also custom design features to your specifications.

VoiceMail
Voice mail is included as a basic feature, so that you never miss a message, no matter where you travel.

You will be able to access voice mail four different ways:

1Directly from your VoIP phone
By dialing into a SIP West direct access number from a remote location
By checking email
By viewing messages online. All Voicemail messages are sent to email with an attached .wav file so you can listen to all voicemails via a computer.

VoIP-to-VoIP Calling
Anyone calling from your VoIP Service to another one of your VoIP phones can talk for FREE no matter where each of the callers is located. You also have the ability to 3-digit dial anyone in your VoIP group located anywhere in the world.
