SIP West for Enterprise PBX

Traditionally, telecom and data have been delivered separately, which meant that offices had to be wired twice – once for telecom and once for data.

With an Enterprise PBX, the two services and networks converge to one. The desktop phone now becomes an IP device, requiring only one networking and wiring infrastructure, and only one internal group needed to manage to manage it. It also allows remote offices to be integrated into the main telecommunications services so that all offices have same functionality.

Enterprise PBXs are ideal for businesses of all sizes. It offers all the features available on a traditional PBX, but also spans multiple locations. The IP phones can connect from anywhere over the Internet, and be moved from one office to another. Calls can be forwarded to cell phones or home phones, and any message left in a voicemail can be emailed to the recipient as a sound file.
